What This Program Is

Isolation Flow Yoga blends mindful yoga with body isolation to create fluid, conscious movement. A practice to release tension, improve mobility and reconnect with your body, one part at the time.

What You’ll Experience Over 6 Weeks

Over six weeks, you’ll gently explore:

  • Slow, conscious movement to improve mobility
  • Practical tools to reduce stiffness and tension
  • Breath-led practices that calm the nervous system
  • Better coordination, balance, and body awareness

Most participants feel lighter, more at ease, and more connected to their body as the weeks progress. The sessions are inspired by yoga, dance and somatic principles, adapted to modern life and individual needs.

This program is for you if:

  • Your body feels stiff, tight, or restricted
  • Stress shows up physically (neck, shoulders, back, hips)
  • You want to improve mobility and flexibility without pushing
  • Fast or performance-focused workouts don’t suit you
  • You want a calm, mindful, and personalized approach

No previous experience is required.

About Me

I’m a movement teacher with a background in yoga, dance, and flexibility training. I work with people from different cultures and teach in multiple languages. My teaching style is calm, attentive, and respectful.
I focus on helping people move with more ease, feel safer in their bodies, and develop lasting body awareness, without pressure or force.
